应用三维经颅多普勒对45例心力衰竭患者进行了颅内动脉血流的观测。结果显示,心衰组与对照组比较其各项指标均有显著性差异(P<0.001或P<0.05)。心衰患者的大脑中动脉(MCA),大脑前动脉(ACA),大脑后动脉(PCA)的收缩期峰值流速(Vs)、平均流速(Vm)、舒张末期流速(Vd)明显减低,脉动指数(PI)增高。本研究为以后研究心脏疾病对脑血流的影响探讨了一种新途径。
Three-dimensional transcranial Doppler was used to observe intracranial arterial blood flow in 45 patients with heart failure. The results showed that the heart failure group compared with the control group of its indicators were significantly different (P <0.001 or P <0.05). The peak systolic velocity (Vs), mean velocity (Vm) and end-diastolic velocity (Vd) of middle cerebral artery (MCA), anterior cerebral artery (ACA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA) (PI) increased. This study explores a new way to study the impact of heart disease on cerebral blood flow in the future.
