为解决通风系统中过滤除尘方式存在的易于积灰阻塞等问题,将轴流式旋风除尘器引入通风系统中,利用数值模拟方法分析了导流叶片型式与数量对设备性能的影响。通过对比4种不同准线叶片在不同数量下的相关性能指标,得到了不同型式叶片的主要特征,并对叶片数量在不同准线型式下对性能指标的影响进行了定量化分析。
In order to solve the problems such as clogging of the filter dust in the ventilation system, the axial cyclone was introduced into the ventilation system. The influence of the type and number of the guide vanes on the performance of the equipment was analyzed by numerical simulation. The main characteristics of different types of blades were obtained by comparing the performance indexes of the four kinds of blades with different numbers. The quantitative analysis of the influence of the number of blades on the performance indexes under the different types of guide lines was carried out.
