对25keV氮、氩离子束辐照尿嘧啶(uracil)引起其分子结构的变化分别进行了研究,通过紫外光谱的分析,得到了离子注入后尿嘧啶的残余紫外吸收曲线,富里叶红外光谱仪的分析,说明尿嘧啶受到了一定程度的损伤;茚三酮反应的测定证明了氮、氩离子辐照后的样品中均产生了新的化学基团氨基。
The change of molecular structure of uracil induced by 25keV nitrogen and argon ion beam irradiation were studied respectively. The residual uv absorption curve of uracil after ion implantation was obtained by ultraviolet spectrum analysis. The analysis of Fourier transform infrared spectrometer , Indicating that uracil was damaged to a certain extent. The ninhydrin reaction proved that a new chemical group amino group was produced in the samples irradiated by nitrogen and argon ions.
