轨道板垫层材料的选用是无砟轨道技术争论的焦点之一。介绍了垫层在无砟轨道中的充填安装孔隙及传递荷载的作用以及自流平材料的历史发展和现状,从材料组成上分析了四种自流平材料的共同点和本质区别。指出日本CA砂浆以及德国BZ砂浆技术代表了一定时期的先进性,并指出其历史发展的局限性;PMC砂浆和SC混凝土具有较好的综合性能。提出施工便利、强度适宜、耐久性优良及充分考虑经济环保性的垫层材料选用原则。
The choice of track pad bedding material is one of the focal points of the ballastless orbit technology debate. This paper introduces the filling and installation of the cushion in the ballastless track and the role of the load transfer and the history of self-leveling materials and the status quo, from the material composition of the four self-leveling materials to analyze the common ground and the essential difference. It is pointed out that Japan CA mortar and Germany BZ mortar technology represent the advanced nature of a certain period and pointed out the limitations of its historical development. PMC mortar and SC concrete have good comprehensive performance. Put forward the construction principle, suitable strength, excellent durability and full consideration of economical and environmental protection.
