目的研究RegIV在结肠癌中的表达及其与血管新生的相关性。方法采用En Vision法进行免疫组化染色,对60例结肠癌、20例正常结肠组织中的RegIV、VEGF-A、FⅧ的表达水平进行检测,并分析RegIV与VEGF-A、微血管密度(MVD)的相关性。结果结肠癌组织中RegⅣ、VEGF-A表达水平明显升高,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结肠癌患者癌组织中RegⅣ、VEGF-A表达水平与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期相关(P<0.05),与性别、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结肠癌组织中RegⅣ的表达与VEGF-A表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。RegⅣ阳性表达病例MVD值为(56.7±12.95),显著高于正常组MVD值(49.8±6.36)(P<0.05)。结论 RegIV的表达可能在结肠癌的侵袭与转移中发挥着重要作用,推测结肠癌中的RegIV高表达可能通过促进VEGF-A表达增加血管密度,进而加速肿瘤的发生和进展。
Objective To study the expression of RegIV in colon cancer and its relationship with angiogenesis. Methods Immunohistochemical staining with En Vision was used to detect the expression of RegIV, VEGF-A and FⅧ in 60 cases of colon cancer and 20 cases of normal colon tissues. The expressions of RegIV, VEGF-A, MVD, Relevance. Results The expression of RegⅣ and VEGF-A in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal controls (P <0.05). The expression of RegⅣ and VEGF-A in cancer tissues of patients with colon cancer was correlated with tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P <0.05), but not with gender and tumor size (P> 0.05). The expression of RegⅣ in colon cancer tissues was positively correlated with the expression of VEGF-A (P <0.05). The MVD value of RegⅣ positive expression was (56.7 ± 12.95), which was significantly higher than that of normal group (49.8 ± 6.36) (P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of RegIV may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer. It is speculated that the high expression of RegIV in colon cancer may accelerate the tumorigenesis and progression by increasing the expression of VEGF-A and increasing the blood vessel density.
