Saline is a worldwide low-yielding soil, some even barren. However, as an important land resource, the improvement and utilization of salted land has become a worldwide issue and has drawn more and more attention [1]. Gansu Hexi Corridor has abundant light and heat resources, and is a famous production base of various agricultural products mainly based on commodity grain production and high-quality crop breeding. There are 66,700 ha of salinized land in this area. There is no systematic research on the interaction between microbial population structure and dominant microflora in saline-alkali soil and the interaction between soil chemical and biological factors in soil salinization.
