湖北省郧西县卫生局于1986年6月底～8月初在全县各区进行了招聘乡卫生所妇幼保健员的统一的专业和文化知识考试,从近百名的应聘者中择优录用31名。招聘对象主要是农村优秀的女乡村医生、女卫生员及热爱妇幼保健工作、具有初中文化程度、年龄在35周岁以下的已婚妇女。被聘用的妇保人员均属集体性质的初级卫生人员,实行聘用合同制,由乡卫生所与其签订聘用合同,聘用期二年,可连聘。其报酬采取“三个一点”
