1 本文为系统研究小儿脉管系的形态学课题之一.为了积累小儿脉管系的形态学资料,对不同身长的小儿上,下肢浅静脉主干进行了测量.采用从初生到身长为150cm的童尸180具(男97,女83),按身长分为六个组.每组30具,组距20cm(新生儿组除外)即<51cm、51cm~、71m~、91cm~、111cm~和131~150cm.分别相当于新生儿期、乳儿期、幼儿期、学龄儿前期、学龄儿1期、学龄儿2期.文中分别以Ⅰ~Ⅵ代之.身长的实际测量值[平均数±标准基((?)±S)cm]分别为49.9±5.3cm、63.4±5.4cmn、80.7±4.8cm、100.9±5.7cm、117.3±5.3cm、139.9±6.2cm.2 按常规解剖方法解剖上肢、下肢.暴露头静脉、贵要静脉、大隐静脉和小隐静脉的全长,以线沿其行经测量其长度并在各静脉末端注入前5mm处测量其外径.测量结果输入计算机作统计学分析处理.测量上肢静脉长度为从远侧腕横纹起到注入处的有效长度;测量下肢静脉长度为内踝尖水平起到注入处的有效长度.
