灌胃方式连续给予雄性昆明小鼠不同剂量的金耳浓缩液 2 0d ,对照组灌蒸馏水。结果 高 (2 0 0ml/kg)、中 (10 0ml/kg)、低 (30ml/kg) 3个剂量组小鼠腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞功能明显提高 ,并呈现明显的剂量反应关系。高、中剂量组的吞噬率与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,但吞噬指数无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。小鼠迟发型变态反应 (足趾试验 )与对照组比无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。溶血素试验半数溶血值 (HC50 )剂量反应关系明显 ,高中剂量组与对照组相比差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。高剂量组有增高小鼠脾指数作用 ,与对照组比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胸腺指数各剂量组与对照组比无统计学差异。结论 金耳浓缩液对小鼠特异性免疫功能有一定调节作用 ,高中剂量组可明显提高小鼠非特异性免疫功能。
Intragastric administration of male kunming mice to different doses of Jiner concentrated liquid was continued for 20 days. The control group was irrigated with distilled water. Results The erythrocyte phagocytic function of mouse macrophages in high dose (200ml/kg), medium (100ml/kg), and low dose (30ml/kg) increased significantly and showed a significant dose-response relationship. The phagocytic rate of the high and middle dose groups was significantly different from that of the control group (P < 0.01, P <0.05), but the phagocytic index was not statistically different (P > 0.05). There was no significant difference between the delayed-type hypersensitivity (toe test) and the control group in mice (P > 0.05). The half-time hemolysis (HC50) dose-response relationship of the hemolysin test was significant, and the difference between the high-medium dose group and the control group was significant (P < 0.05). The high-dose group had the effect of increasing the spleen index of mice, which was significantly different from the control group (P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference between the thymus index groups and the control group. Conclusion Jinju concentrated liquid can regulate the specific immune function of mice. The high-dose group can significantly improve the non-specific immune function of mice.
