用紅外光譜薄膜法研究了氯乙烯——醋酸乙烯酯——乙烯醇三元共聚物与4.4′二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯的固化反应。証明了此体系的固化反应为二級反应,分別在T=70℃,80℃,90℃,100℃时測定了NCO为等当量和1/2当量的反应速度常数,从而得到等当量和1/2当量反应表現活化能E=14.1千卡/克分子,E_(1/2)当量=13.5千卡/克分子。此結果对于选择磁带涂布的固化条件有一定意义。
The curing reaction of vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate-vinyl alcohol terpolymer with 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate was studied by infrared spectroscopy. The solidification reaction of this system is proved to be the second order reaction. The reaction rate constants of NCO equivalent and 1/2 equivalent are respectively measured at T = 70 ℃, 80 ℃, 90 ℃ and 100 ℃ to obtain the equivalent and 1 / 2 equivalent reaction showed that the activation energy E = 14.1 kcal / mole, E 1/2 equivalent = 13.5 kcal / mole. This result is of some significance for the selection of tape cure conditions.
