本文试验分析了ZQA19—4和ZQZn6—6—3两种铜合金材料在不同的表面粗糙度下对摩擦系数和出口区油温的影响,以及改变载荷和相对滑动速度时,摩擦系数的变化状况。结果表明:铜合金成分不同时具有不同的硬度。硬度、表面粗糙度对摩擦系数都有明显的影响;载荷和相对滑动速度改变时,摩擦系数也相应改变。因此,必须根据摩擦副的速度、载荷大小与特征等,选择适用的铜合金材料。
In this paper, the effects of ZQA19-4 and ZQZn6-6-3 on the friction coefficient and the oil temperature in the exit zone under different surface roughness were analyzed. The changes of the friction coefficient under different loadings and relative sliding velocities . The results show that: the composition of the copper alloy with different hardness. Hardness and surface roughness have obvious influence on the friction coefficient. When the load and relative sliding velocity are changed, the friction coefficient also changes accordingly. Therefore, the friction pair must be based on the speed, load size and characteristics, choose the appropriate copper alloy material.
