目的探讨分析高频超声检测糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的诊断价值。方法 98例2型糖尿病患者作为观察组,96例正常人群作为对照组,均高频超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化情况,比较两组颈动脉血流动力学指数、颈动脉内膜中层厚度及颈动脉内膜斑块检出率。结果观察组患者收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、血管阻力指数(RI)、血管搏动指数(PI)分别为(48.27±12.39)cm/s、(24.36±5.12)cm/s、(0.53±0.05)、(1.50±0.31),与对照组的(79.52±14.41)cm/s、(14.68±2.58)cm/s、(1.52±0.13)、(2.63±0.18)比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者颈总动脉、颈总动脉分叉及颈内动脉内膜中层厚度(右、左)均较对照组增厚,观察组患者颈总动脉、颈总动脉分叉及颈内动脉内膜斑块检出率均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者的颈动脉粥样硬化发生率高于正常人群,且高频超声能够清晰反映斑块的大小、位置及回声,颈动脉粥样硬化斑块具有较高的检出率,为及早诊断糖尿病患者并发的颈动脉粥样硬化提供必要的参考依据,值得进一步在临床上推广。
