泄漏风险控制是炼油化工等工业面临的科学永续发展中HSE的重要课题,解决这一问题要从过程设备的设计做起。依据工程实例和规程标准从法兰接头设计的三要素切入,通过对热媒蒸发器的管箱法兰与壳体法兰所夹持的管板连接密封面泄漏进行分析讨论,给出了蒸发器法兰接头的设计改进方案,建议炼化装置中法兰接头泄漏风险的控制应注重法兰结构与垫片及紧固件的合理匹配:对于苛刻工况的法兰接头设计,应优先选用标准长颈对焊法兰和已有成功应用经验的标准垫片,合理选择紧固件并在设计文件中给出螺栓的设计载荷及拧紧技术要求,以指导用户安全使用。“,”It is an important problem of HSE to control the leaking risk for petrochemical industry and others in the science of sustainable development. To solve this problem, it should begin from the process equipment design. Taking the three factors of lfange joints design as the breakthrough point on the basis of the engineering examples and regulations, this paper discusses and analyzes the seal leakage of tube-sheet joints held by channel lfange and shell lfange of HTM evaporator, design changes are devised for lfange joints. It is suggested that lfange construction and gasket and fasteners should be reasonably matched for the control of leaking risk of lfange joints in petrochemical unit. For lfange joints design under severe working condition, not only ifrst select standard welding neck lfange and gasket and fasteners properly with the successful application experiences, but also provide bolt design loads and technical requirements of bolt tightening to instruct users in the safe usage.
