在金刚石钻进中,要降低生产成本,必须大力提高钻头的寿命;而要提高钻头寿命,则必须千方百计地减少钻头的非正常磨损,特别是要防止烧钻事故的发生。我们勘测大队五年多来在推广金刚石钻探技术过程中,由于狠抓了这个问题,从而使得钻头寿命不断提高。如1978年钻头的平均寿命只有58.8米,1981年提高到113.41米,其中寿命最长的达337.26米。从钻头成本来讲,每米进尺为3.05元,也获得较好的经济效果。现将我们关于烧钻事故的分析及预防措施介绍如下。
