解决文化元素翻译问题可以有一个较为概括的指导,即翻译具象的显性文化符号时,尽量采用异化翻译策略以提高国人对异域文化的认知;对于抽象的隐性文化元素,以汉语落笔时应充分尊重汉语的行文习惯。简言之,文化元素翻译应有行有止,行止结合,改变归化与异化二元对立的态度,谋求多元发展,和谐共生。
