为了减少学生在实习过程中的紧张心理和提高教学质量。采用运用问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法、数据统计法等方法。对该校学生在实习整个过程中产生大的不同心理状态进行调查。结果显示:在实习前期学生的心理、思想和生理等方面都有不同的表现。实习中期应该采用各种方法调整好学生心理状态、端正教学态度和教学意识。实习后期应该保持良好的心态,以改善人际关系为主要目的。为今后教学打下扎实的基础。
In order to reduce students’ anxiety in the process of internship and improve teaching quality. Using the method of questionnaire, interview, literature, data statistics and other methods. Students in the internship during the entire process to produce a large different psychological state to investigate. The results show that: in pre-internship students have different psychological, mental and physical aspects. Internship mid-term should adopt a variety of methods to adjust the student’s mental state, correct teaching attitude and teaching awareness. The late internship should maintain a good attitude, with the main purpose of improving interpersonal relationships. Lay a solid foundation for future teaching.
