Plans for in vitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo transfer (ET) of human oocytes have been established in many centers around the world, with an increasing number of articles from pioneers. There is a common problem with setting up centers and newer programs, and most ET implants fail despite oocyte gain, fertilization and cleavage success. The authors hypothesize that ultrasound is a useful adjunct to ET and provide initial experience to motivate authors interested in this procedure. The patients who participated in the study were infertile women with tubal disease and infertile couples who had no reason for more than 3 years of non-contraception. They had a complete examination of infertility. The author uses only her husband’s semen. Send back all embryos during the stimulus cycle. When the couple agrees, the author also transfers unfertilized eggs and non-dividing fertilized cells. At 6:00 on the 3rd to 5th day of the cycle, 2 ampoules of hMG were intramuscularly injected until the stimulation was completed from the 6th day
