芍药苷微囊的测定及制备研究

目的:研究芍药苷微囊的测定及制备工艺。方法:通过采用HPLC色谱峰面积归一化法进行计算而得的自制芍药苷,并进行微囊制备。结果:在24.5~490.0μg/mL范围内芍药苷溶液具有较好的线性关系;45~55℃的成囊温度、3%~5%的胶液浓度所具有的影响不明显;pH对成囊的影响不大,过高和过低的影响都不明显,其值在3.5~4.5时最优。结论:微囊对于药效的吸收和释放有着重要作用,在pH为6.8的溶液中,微囊释药的速度比较缓慢,在人体环境下微囊的药效是缓释的。 Objective: To study the determination and preparation of paeoniflorin microcapsules. Methods: The self-made peoniflorin was calculated by HPLC peak area normalization method, and microcapsules were prepared. Results: In the range of 24.5~490.0μg/mL, paeoniflorin solution has a good linear relationship; 45~55°C cyst temperature and 3%~5% of glue concentration have no obvious effect; The effect is not significant, and the effects of excessively high and low are not obvious. The value is optimal at 3.5 to 4.5. Conclusion: The microcapsule plays an important role in the absorption and release of drug efficacy. In a solution with a pH of 6.8, the drug release rate of the microcapsules is relatively slow, and the drug efficacy of the microcapsules is sustained release in the human environment.
