为优化城市群综合客运枢纽布局,提出了基于城市群的分层轴辐式综合客运枢纽网络,在分层枢纽选址模型的基础上,设计了更小规模的变量和约束描述该网络,加入枢纽覆盖范围约束和城市群枢纽数量约束,构建了综合客运枢纽分层布局优化模型,并用优化软件Cplex求解,最后以Turkey Data设计算例验证了模型的有效性。结果表明:考虑枢纽覆盖范围和城市群枢纽数量的限制能大大减少模型求解时间,所得的枢纽布局方案更具公平性并更符合实际;枢纽覆盖范围和通道固定成本对枢纽布局方案影响较大;枢纽规划部门应对枢纽覆盖范围和通道固定成本进行调研,以制定合理的枢纽布局方案。
In order to optimize the layout of integrated passenger hub in urban agglomeration, a hierarchical hub-and-spoke integrated passenger hub network based on urban agglomeration is proposed. Based on the hierarchical hub location model, a smaller-scale variable and constraint description is designed to describe the network. The constraints of hub coverage and the number of hubs in urban agglomerations, a hierarchical layout optimization model of integrated passenger hub is constructed and solved with optimization software Cplex. The validity of the model is verified by an example of Turkey Data design. The results show that considering the hub coverage and the number of urban agglomerations can greatly reduce the time required to solve the model. The resulting hub layout is more fair and more realistic. The coverage of the hub and the fixed costs of the tunnel have a greater impact on the layout of the hub. The hub planning department shall carry out investigation and research on the coverage of the hub and the fixed costs of the access road so as to formulate a reasonable layout plan of the hub.
