目的研究黑骨藤的最佳提取工艺。方法以杠柳苷提取率为指标,采用正交试验优选提取工艺参数。结果最佳工艺条件:溶剂为50%乙醇,料液比1∶15,功率800 W,温度50℃,提取2次,每次20 min。结论此工艺合理可行,适用于黑骨藤中杠柳苷的提取。 Objective To study the best extraction technology of black bone rattan. Methods Taking the glucoside extraction rate as an index, the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process parameters. Results The optimum conditions were as follows: the solvent was 50% ethanol, the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:15, the power was 800 W, the temperature was 50 ℃, extracted twice for 20 min. Conclusion This process is reasonable and feasible, and is suitable for the extraction of cedrolide in Cistanche deserticola.
