本文采用化学气相传输(CVT)法生长了非超晶格Cr5Te8单晶。通过单晶X射线衍射重新确定了晶体结构,弥补了之前这一材料晶体结构来自粉末X射线衍射数据精修的不足。本文中的Cr5Te8属于P3m1空间群,晶胞参数为a = 3.8989 Å,c = 5.9911 Å。X射线能谱(EDS)表明Cr和Te的比例分别为38.5%和61.5%。用四电极法测量的电阻表明,在20 K左右有一个异常趋势。然而,低温下的拉曼光谱直到8 K都没有明显的变化,这表明Cr5Te8在低温下有较高的
