本文通过试验研究得出传动系统扭转振动的特性,分析它的形成机理,并相应提出确定结构中出现的动力效应区和薄弱环节的方法。介绍了消除车床和升降台铣床进给系统振动的结构改进措施。
In this paper, the characteristics of torsional vibration of transmission system are obtained through experimental research. The formation mechanism of the transmission system is analyzed, and the method to determine the dynamic effect zone and weak link in the structure is proposed accordingly. The structural improvement measures to eliminate the vibration of the feed system of lathe and lifting table milling machine were introduced.
