(三)比值调节系统及其整定在各种生产过程中,时常需要将两种物料的流量保持一定的比例关系。例如在合成氨生产过程中,需要自动调节氢气量和氮气量以一定比例进入反应器,这样能合成出氨来;在各种锅炉和工业窑炉的燃烧过程中,需要将燃料量和空气量自动按一定比例混合送入炉膛,才能保证燃烧的安全性和经济性。这种凡是把两个以上参数(多数是流量)自动保持一定比例关系的调节系统称为比值调节系统。该系统实际上是一个跟踪系统,它使一种物料按比例地随另一种物料而变化。比值调节系统分单闭环比值调节系统、双闭环比值调节系统和变比值调节系统等多种类型,经常使用的是单闭环比值调节系统和变比值调节系统。
