投资体制改革的目标之一是将企业建成基本的投资主体,因此,掌握企业投资行为的基本规律,是有针对性地制定改革政策和宏观调控政策的一项基础性工作。国家计委投资研究所在今年5月就企业投资行为问题进行了一次问卷调查,共有126位厂长(经理)填写了问卷,其中国有企业占76％,集体企业占5％,股份制企业占12％,中外合资合作企业占8％。调查内容涉及到企业投资的规模、来源、方向、效果和决策等内
One of the goals of the reform of the investment system is to build the enterprise into a basic investment entity. Therefore, grasping the basic laws of the enterprise’s investment behavior is a basic task for the targeted formulation of reform policies and macroeconomic control policies. The State Planning Commission Investment Institute conducted a questionnaire survey on corporate investment behavior in May this year.
