错距旋压成形过程中,工艺参数的选取对其尺寸精度的好坏至关重要。采用正交试验法,选取减薄率、错距、旋轮圆角半径、进给比为试验因素,以工件圆度、直线度和内径扩径量为尺寸精度评价指标,获得9组试验数据。采用灰色关联度法对所得的正交试验数据进行分析处理,将多目标优化问题转化为单目标优化问题,并得出了优化的连杆衬套工艺参数组合方案。试验结果表明,采用优化的工艺参数对连杆衬套进行旋压,可有效地减小圆度误差、直线度误差和内径扩径量,提高旋压件的尺寸精度。
During the process of offset spinning, the selection of process parameters is of crucial importance to the dimensional accuracy. Using orthogonal test method, choosing the thinning rate, the misalignment, the rounding radius and the feed ratio as the experimental factors, the roundness, straightness and diameter of the workpiece were used as the dimensional accuracy evaluation index to obtain nine sets of test data . The gray relational degree method is adopted to analyze and process the obtained orthogonal test data, the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single-objective optimization problem, and an optimized combination scheme of connecting rod bushing process parameters is obtained. The experimental results show that the optimized process parameters can be used to spin the connecting rod bushing, which can effectively reduce the roundness error, straightness error and inner diameter expansion, and improve the dimensional accuracy of the spinning component.
