目的探讨清洗消毒器发生故障的原因。方法通过对3台清洗消毒器发生的41次故障进行分析并制定了相应对策。结果在出现的41次故障中,人为因素14次,占34.15%;机械因素27次,占65.85%。结论清洗器发生故障的主要原因是机械因素,人为因素也占故障较大比例。加强日常维护和定期保养,严格遵守操作规程,可减少机器故障率,延长消毒机使用寿命。 Objective To investigate the causes of cleaning disinfection failure. Methods By analyzing the 41 failures occurred in the three washer disinfectors, the corresponding countermeasures were worked out. Results In the 41 failures, there were 14 human factors, accounting for 34.15%; mechanical factors 27, accounting for 65.85%. Conclusions The main reason for the failure of the washer is the mechanical factor, and the human factor also accounts for the larger proportion of the factor. Strengthen routine maintenance and regular maintenance, strict compliance with operating procedures, reduce machine failure rate, extend the life of disinfection machine.
