目的分析产妇血清细胞因子水平与早产、胎膜早破和合并宫腔感染的相关性。方法选取2012年6月-2015年12月在广州市花都区妇幼保健院接受治疗的312例产妇为研究对象,其中早产者48例,胎膜早破者32例,合并宫腔感染者25例。观察不同临床特征产妇血清Toll样受体-4(Toll-4)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、可溶性细胞黏附因子-1(s ICAM-1)水平及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的差异;分析Toll-4、MMP-9、s ICAM-1水平与IL-6、CRP和TNF-α水平的相关性。结果早产、胎膜早破和合并宫腔感染的产妇血清中Toll-4、MMP-9、s ICAM-1水平及IL-6、CRP和TNF-α水平高于正常产妇,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Toll-4、MMP-9、s ICAM-1水平与IL-6、CRP和TNF-α水平均呈明显正相关关系(均P<0.05)。结论血清Toll-4、MMP-9和CRP等细胞因子水平与早产、胎膜早破和合并宫腔感染的发生密切相关,且细胞因子水平间也存在联系。
Objective To analyze the correlation between maternal serum cytokine levels and premature labor, premature rupture of membranes and intrauterine infection. Methods A total of 312 maternal women undergoing maternal and child health care in Huadu District of Guangzhou from June 2012 to December 2015 were selected as study subjects, including 48 preterm births, 32 cases of premature rupture of membranes, 25 with uterine infection example. The levels of Toll-4, MMP-9, s ICAM-1 and interleukin-6 (IL-6) 6, CRP and TNF-α. The levels of Toll-4, MMP-9, s ICAM-1 and IL-6, CRP and TNF- Horizontal correlation. Results The serum levels of Toll-4, MMP-9, s ICAM-1 and the levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α in prematurity, premature rupture of membranes and uterine infection were significantly higher than those in normal women (All P <0.05). The levels of Toll-4, MMP-9 and s ICAM-1 were positively correlated with the levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-α (all P <0.05). Conclusion Serum levels of cytokines such as Toll-4, MMP-9 and CRP are closely related to the occurrence of premature labor, premature rupture of membranes and intrauterine infection, and the correlation between cytokine levels.
