滚珠丝杠副接触静刚度可靠性分析中存在许多不确定参数,对其不确定性建模、可靠性分析和分析参数的变化对刚度的影响等具有重要工程意义。传统的评估滚珠丝杠副静刚度可靠性时,通常假定结构参数和材料性能参数等为随机变量,但是工程实际中往往由于数据信息缺乏,很多情况难以给出分布参数的精确值。因此,将双螺母垫片预紧式滚珠丝杠副有关的结构参数的误差或不确定性利用区间模型来描述,基于赫兹接触理论,建立双螺母垫片预紧式滚珠丝杠副轴向接触弹性变形区间模型,提出双螺母垫片预紧式滚珠丝杠副轴向接触变形灵敏度分析区间方法,并依据滚珠丝杠副接触静刚度失效准则,建立起双螺母垫片预紧式滚珠丝杠副轴向接触静刚度非概率可靠性模型。通过工程实例计算,评估了其接触刚度的可靠性,分析了各结构参数及载荷的变化时滚珠丝杠副轴向接触变形的灵敏度,说明了该方法的合理性和有效性。

The reliability of the contact stiffness was evaluated through engineering examples. The sensitivity of axial contact deformation of the ball screw pair was analyzed when the structural parameters and load changes were analyzed. The rationality and effectiveness of the method were demonstrated.
