年终奖可以不发吗我公司往年都会在春节前向员工发放一笔年终奖,具体数额都是老板确定的。不久前,老板组织人力资源部和财务部开会,根据初步统计,公司目前无盈利,基本的收支平衡可能都无法实现。因此,根据《员工手册》中的规定,老板决定今年不发年终奖。但是,有部分员工无法理解此事,要求公司照常发年终奖,理由是公司每年都发的,今年也不应该例外,至于公司是否盈利,跟员工没有关系。请问,我们该如何处理?
