电力企业是我国现代化建设的基础行业,电力的供应关系到企业的生产、工厂的运行以及居民的生活,在整个国家建设中都有关键性作用。目前我国电力物资采购工作还存在很多不足,尤其是在合同上还存在风险,无法保证企业的顺利发展,严重阻碍了电网的安全性和稳定运行。文章对电力物资合同风险的防范与管理措施进行了探讨。 Electricity enterprises are the basic industries in China’s modernization drive. The supply of electricity is related to the production of enterprises, the operation of factories and the life of residents, and plays a key role in the construction of the entire country. At present, there are still many deficiencies in the procurement of power supplies in our country. In particular, there are still risks in the contracts, which can not guarantee the smooth development of the enterprises and seriously impede the safety and stable operation of the power grid. The paper discusses the precautionary measures and management measures of the contract risk of electric materials.
