通过对１９０例受精龄１３～３８周的胎儿肾上腺、胸腺的重量及体重的测量，结果发现肾上腺、胸腺的重量及体重随胎龄的增加而增加，但生长速度逐渐减慢。并且肾上腺、胸腺、体重与胎龄呈直线相关，其相关系数均大于０．９１，Ｐ＜０．００１。肾上腺、胸腺与体重亦呈直线相关，相关系数大于０．８８，Ｐ＜０．００１。 By measuring the weight and body weight of fetus adrenal gland and thymus in 190 fetuses aged from 13 to 38 weeks, the weight and body weight of adrenal gland and thymus increased with the increase of gestational age, but the growth rate gradually slowed down. And the adrenal gland, thymus, body weight and gestational age were linear correlation, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.91, P <0.001.
