本文采用了文献资料等方法对条件实战在散打中的运用做了相关研究,认为条件实战有利于提高学习兴趣;有利于提高散打技战术水平;有利于克服恐惧心理。并对其作用原因做了明确的分析和阐述。条件实战的作用往往被一些教练所忽略,通过本文的分析和论证,让条件实战在散打教学中得到应有的重视,从而推而广之。 In this paper, the use of literature and other methods to combat the use of conditions in the Sanda made relevant research, that combat conditions conducive to improving learning interest; help to improve Sanda skills and tactics; help to overcome fear. And made a clear analysis and elaboration to the reason of its function.
