对61例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者进行挠骨骨矿质含量(BMC)、骨密度(BD)测定,并与正常对照组比较,同时作几项钙、磷代谢指标的测定及同侧挠骨下段X线摄片。实验结果:实验组BMC下降占44.26%;BD下降占52%;BMC或(及)BD下降占55.73%。X线显示骨质疏松占14.75%。61例中,骨质硫松组与骨质正常组比较,血碱性磷酸酶有显著差异;血钙、磷和尿钙、磷无显著差异。初步结果表明,骨质疏松是NIDDM常见并发症,其发生与性别、年龄、病程有关,BMC、BD可作为糖尿病早期骨质病变的辅助诊断指标。
The bone mineral density (BMC) and bone mineral density (BD) were measured in 61 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and compared with the normal control group. The preliminary results showed that osteoporosis is a common complication of NIDDM. The occurrence of osteoporosis is related to gender, age and course of disease. BMC and BD can be used as auxiliary diagnostic indicators of early diabetic bone diseases.
