大鼠完全性脑缺血30分钟脑匀浆6—酮—前列腺素 F_(12)(6—酮—PG-F_(12))与血栓烷 B_2(TXB_2)增高,TXB_2/6—酮—PGF_(12)比值亦增高;酶性自由基清除剂超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)与各胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—px)降低,而过氧化脂质(LPO)增高;再灌流期以上改变更为显著。讨论了缺血性脑血管病发生机理中,自由基与前列腺素的相互关系与作用。
