目的 :为了满足直肠癌根治手术位式要求 ,最大限度地保证患者舒适和安全。方法 :将施行直肠癌根治术患者 172例 ,随机分为两组 ,A组 (手测法 )采用拇指、中指法测试固定脚架高度 ,示指、拇指法测试固定脚架外展角度 ;B组采用 (目测法 )传统方法。观察两组摆位时间 ;双侧脚架摆放高度、角度是否均衡 ;术后随访患者舒适情况。结果 :两组摆位时间经 STATA软件统计分析 ,t=- 2 1.0 1,P<0 .0 1;双侧脚架高度、角度固定后测试结果 ,χ2值分别为 18.0 5、2 4.5 2 ,均 P<0 .0 1;术后随访 ,A组 87例患者舒适率达 99.85 % ,B组 85例舒适率为 90 .5 9% ,经四格表精确概率法检验 ,P<0 .0 5。提示手测法优于目测法 ,摆位后双侧脚架固定均衡 ,而且省时、省力
