高校图书流通管理工作是满足读者服务需求的服务性工作,它不仅是图书馆和读者进行沟通的桥梁,而且是图书馆服务水平和服务质量高低的直接体现。现阶段高校图书流通管理工作质量和工作效率并不高,管理过程中仍存在很多问题有待解决。新时期为了应对社会需求变化和图书馆改革,必须要不断提升高校图书流通管理工作的质量和效率。结合多年图书管理实践经验,提出了具体的优化策略,希望对提升图书流通管理工作的质量和效率有一定帮助。
The management of circulation of books and periodicals in colleges and universities is a service that meets the needs of readers. It not only serves as a bridge between libraries and readers, but also directly reflects the level of library services and service quality. At this stage, the quality and efficiency of books circulation management in colleges and universities are not high. There are still many problems to be solved in the management process. In the new era, in order to cope with changes in social needs and library reform, we must continuously improve the quality and efficiency of library circulation management in universities. Combined with years of practical experience in library management, put forward specific optimization strategies, hoping to enhance the quality and efficiency of book circulation management to some extent helpful.
