This spring, hundreds of people were unfortunate to be infected by the SARS virus that raged north and south of the major rivers. They experienced the torture and ensuing pains of the disease, some hovering over the border between life and death, and others losing their precious lives even as a result of their illness. For the patients themselves, this is a difficult journey from health falling into the bottom of disease, through the struggle against illness, and from the edge of life and death. This process is not just a body from damage to recovery process, it is a psychological experience of many feelings and trials of the process. Some people who have recovered from SARS use their own words to describe their feelings: they will die forever, and will not pass through their heads and pass on their deaths to feel the preciousness and value of life more profoundly
