上海世博会电力电缆隧道一标工程利用盾构法进行施工,本文分析了盾构法在施工中的特点和难点。通过对盾构掘进中施工参数的严格控制,解决了对高架桩基的沉降控制的难题,实现了近距离平行高架、长距离穿越高架桩基的施工。编制的沿高架桩基掘进专项技术方案,排除了盾构机推进过程中的各种故障隐患。可为今后类似的工程提供相关借鉴经验。
The construction of a standard project of power cable tunnel in Shanghai World Expo is carried out by using the shield method. This paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of the shield method in construction. Through the strict control of the construction parameters in shield tunneling, the settlement control of overhead pile foundation is solved, and the construction of short-distance parallel elevated frame and long-distance overhead pile foundation is realized. The special technical scheme for tunneling along the elevated pile foundation has been developed, which has eliminated all hidden troubles in the process of shield machine propulsion. For similar projects in the future to provide relevant experience.
