运用透射电镜,配以光学金相,X 光衍射及电子探针等方法,详细研究了等离子喷涂 Mo 涂层与电弧喷涂Al 涂层的界面相组成,成份与结构。结果表明:Mo 涂层与钢基材的结合类型主要是冶金结合,其界面区内存在许多反应产物,反应扩散层厚度约为 20~40μm。Al 涂层的结合类型则以机械结合和物理结合为主,仅在界面少数孤立点上有反应发生。文中最后给出了两种涂层结合机理的概述。
The phase composition, composition and structure of plasma sprayed Mo coating and arc sprayed Al coating were studied in detail by using transmission electron microscopy, optical metallography, X-ray diffraction and electron probe. The results show that the type of bonding between Mo coating and steel substrate is metallurgical bonding, and there are many reaction products in the interface region. The thickness of reactive diffusion layer is about 20 ~ 40μm. The bonding type of Al coating is mainly mechanical bonding and physical bonding, and the reaction occurs only at a few isolated points on the interface. Finally, the article gives an overview of the bonding mechanism of the two coatings.
