Liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors. In recent years, the incidence and mortality of liver cancer are on the rise [1-2]. The occurrence and development of tumor are closely related to gene inactivation caused by promoter methylation of tumor suppressor gene. The genes involved mainly include p16 and CDH1 [3]. In order to understand the relationship between plasma DNA methylation and DNMT 1 mRNA and the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma, this study used PCR to analyze the plasma p16 gene and RASSF1A gene in hepatocellular carcinoma patients from August 2011 to August 2013 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College abnormal
