重庆工商职业学院设立学生资助服务中心,通过“奖、助、困、贷、勤”等方式,着力解决学生学费和生活费问题,解决学生在校期间的实际困难,取得了较好的成效。但也存在家庭经济困难学生难认定、受助学生权利义务不对等的问题。本文从实际工作入手,提出定性与定量相结合认定困难学生、开展诚信和感恩教育以及提高有偿资助比例等措施,以解决学生资助问题。
The Chongqing Vocational and Technical College of Business set up a student service center to make efforts to solve the tuition fees and living expenses of the students through “awards, aids, difficulties, loans and diligence” and to solve the practical difficulties of students during their school years, and achieved good results . However, there are also problems that students in poor families find it hard to recognize and that the rights and obligations of recipients are not equal. This article starts with the practical work, and puts forward the measures of combining the qualitative and the quantitative analysis to identify the students in difficulty, carry out the education of honesty and thanksgiving, and raise the proportion of the paid subsidy so as to solve the problem of student subsidy.
