液压支架降柱移架自动降尘装置的应用设计

针对目前煤矿井下综采工作面降柱移架时产尘量大、污染面积广且无有效治理措施的现状, 研制了一种液压支架降柱移架自动除尘装置.接煤槽伸缩油缸及喷雾控制阀通过管路与支架后立柱液压管路连通, 当液压支架降柱时, 喷雾控制阀将自动打开进行喷雾, 接煤槽会同步向外伸出对支架间缝隙掉落的煤炭进行收集.在喷雾冲击力的作用下, 位于支架间缝隙上方的煤尘在初始状态时就被充分湿润、捕集并与喷雾水一道流入接煤槽, 接煤槽在弹簧拉力作用下实现自动卸煤、接煤.通过现场测试, 降尘效率达到98%以上.“,”In view of the present situation of large amount of dust, wide area of pollution and no effective control measures in the hydraulic support column moving frame of fully mechanized coal mining face, an automatic dust removal device for the column moving frame of hydraulic support was developed. The telescopic oil cylinder and spray device of the coal seam connecting with the hydraulic pipe of the rear column of the support through the pipeline. When the hydraulic support is lowered, the valve plate of the control spray will be automatically opened for spraying; the coal channel will be synchronously extended to collect the coal falling from the gap between the brackets.Under the effect of spray impact, most of the coal dust above the gap between the supports is fully wet in the initial state, and the catch and spray water flow together into the coal seam. Among them, the coal dust falling below is constantly blocked by spray water, wet, mixed and then falls into the coal seam, and the coal dust is always eliminated in the initial state. Under the action of spring tension, the coal seam can discharge and receive coal automatically. Through the on-site test, the dust reduction efficiency was over 98%.
