军队安置住房涉及广大官兵最关切的生活待遇,实施安置住房区域统建是一件促改革、安军心的大好事。本文重点论述了军队装配式住宅全生命周期成本构成,并对这一问题进行了分面分析,在此基础上给出了降低军队装配式住宅全生命周期成本的途径。 The army’s placement of housing involves the most concerned lifestyles of the officers and men. Implementing the system of resettlement of housing areas is a good thing to promote reform and security. This paper focuses on the life-cycle cost structure of the military-assembled housing, and makes a face-to-face analysis of the problem. Based on this, it gives a way to reduce the cost of the PLA’s residential life cycle.
