本文主要介绍“显示电笔”用低温“PTC”热敏电阻的研制工作。为制出该“显示电笔”所要求的PTC元件,我们通过文献资料的调研并结合我们在开展钛酸钡半导体陶瓷研究中的一些体会,逐渐改进配方和工艺制得的PTC元件和电笔样品,经过近一年的实践考验,元件性能稳定,电笔仍能正常显示,说明已基本完成了实验室阶段的研制工作。同时,用某些工艺、配方所制得的PTC元件还可用到其它方面,如在彩色电视机的消磁回路中可作为自动消磁装置中的元件。 此外,在实际工作中还发现在电极制作过程中阻值变化的一般性规律。
This article describes the “display pen” with low temperature “PTC” thermistor development work. In order to make the PTC components required by this “display pen”, we gradually improve the formulation of PTC components and pen samples by the research of literature and some experience in the research of barium titanate semiconducting ceramics. After nearly a year of practical tests, the components of stable performance, the pen can still be displayed, indicating that the laboratory has basically completed the development phase. At the same time, with certain technology, the PTC components prepared by the recipe can also be used in other areas, such as color TV degaussing circuit can be used as automatic degaussing device components.
