企业人力资源管理问题成为一个事关企业发展的关键问题之一。面对毕业生逐年增多的态势,企业如何选择适合自己的大学毕业生,是对人力资源管理人员一大挑战。企业在选择毕业生时对其7种职业核心能力的需求是重要的衡量标准,同时作为毕业生也要在这些职业能力方面有所强化,以实现自身在企业中的价值的发挥。文章立足职业核心能力,对企业对毕业生的7个职业核心能力需求进行系统性的阐述。
Enterprise human resources management has become one of the key issues related to the development of enterprises. Faced with gradual increase in the gradual situation, how to choose their own college graduates, is a major challenge to human resources management staff. The demand of enterprises for their core competence in seven kinds of occupations when choosing graduates is an important measure, and as graduates, they also need to strengthen their professional ability in order to realize their own value in the enterprise. Based on the core competencies, this article systematically elaborates the needs of graduates in their 7 core competencies.
