夜班作业者 夜班作业者由于生活节律和机体生物钟的改变,相当一部分人难以适应,所以初上夜班者常会出现睡不好、吃不香、精神萎靡、疲乏懒散等不适现象。有的夜班作业者只注意白天睡觉,而忽视了饮食营养,这样做对健康是不利的。应该不仅要睡好,而且要吃好,讲究膳食营养,以满足机体能量的消耗和纠正不适所致的症候。
Due to the change of circadian rhythms and biological clock of night shift workers, a considerable number of people find it hard to adapt to the night shift operators night shift workers. Therefore, night shift workers often appear to sleep well, eat unpleasantly, apathetic, tired and lazy. Some night shift workers only pay attention to sleep during the day, while neglecting diet nutrition, doing so is detrimental to health.
