2016年3月29日至30日,首届中国与东盟等周边国家警察院校长论坛暨执法能力建设圆桌会在云南警官学院举行。来自东盟10国及尼泊尔的警察院校长、警察培训主管部门负责人,公安部有关部门和承担外警培训任务的部分公安院校负责人共计60余人参加了会议。此次会议由公安部主办,云南警官学院承办。中共中央政治局委员、中央政法委书记孟建柱,国务委员、公安部部长郭声琨,云南省人民政府副省长、省公安厅党委书记、厅长张太原对会议高度重视并作出批示。公安部国际合作局副局长胡彬郴受廖进荣局长指派多次现场指导并全程参与论坛活动。公安部人事训练局副巡视员陈延超出席会议并作主旨发言。云南省人民政府教育督导团总督学廖晓珊出席开幕式。
From March 29 to March 30, 2016, the first roundtable of principals forums and law-abiding capacity-building of police stations in the neighboring countries such as China and ASEAN was held in Yunnan Police Officer Academy. More than 60 people from the ASEAN 10 countries and Nepal, including the head of the police academy, heads of police training departments, relevant departments of the Ministry of Public Security and some police academies responsible for the training of foreign police officers, attended the meeting. This meeting is sponsored by the Ministry of Public Security and undertaken by Yunnan Police Officer Academy. Meng Taizhu, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and secretary of the Central Political and Legal Committee, Guo Shengkun, state councilor and minister of the Ministry of Public Security, Zhang Qiangyuan, deputy governor of Yunnan Provincial People’s Government and party secretary and director of the Provincial Public Security Department, attached great importance to the meeting and gave instructions. Hu Binchen, deputy director of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, was assigned by the director Liao Jinrong several times on-site guidance and participated in the forum activities throughout the entire journey. Chen Yanchao, Deputy Inspector of Personnel Training Institute, Ministry of Public Security, attended the meeting and made a keynote speech. Liao Xiaoshan, Governor of Education Supervision Group of Yunnan Provincial People’s Government attended the opening ceremony.
