OBJECTIVE: To compare the psychological test results of adolescent with very low birth weight and full-term children and the learning difficulties they encountered, and to determine the stability of psychological test results of children aged 8 to 10 years. Research Methods: Select subjects in a fixed area and adopt longitudinal continuous studies. Subjects: A total of 169 children of very low birth weight born at the age of 501 to 1000g who were born and alive between 1977 and 1982
