土壤有效氮系指作物当季能够吸收利用的土壤氮素,其中包括土壤中原有的NO_3-N、NH_4-N及作物生长期中能够矿化的有机态氮,通常简称为土壤水解性氮。根据此涵义,它一定与土壤有机质含量、全氮量、速效氮量及作物的吸氮量呈正相关。在鉴定某种土壤水解性氮测定方法的可靠程度时,一般也是观察其测定值同这些数值的相关性,相关显著者,可靠性大。针对吉林省的旱田土壤,以玉米为指示作物。本试验按照上述原理,对供试土壤进行了土壤有关性状的分析及生物试验,将获得的数据同八种水解氮测定法的结果进行相关性测定。由此对各种方法进行分析比较,以求能提出一种适用于吉林省旱田土壤的有效氮化学测定方法。
Soil available nitrogen refers to soil nitrogen that the crop can absorb and utilize during the season, including the original NO3-N and NH4-N in the soil and the organic nitrogen that can be mineralized during crop growth, which is usually referred to as soil hydrolyzable nitrogen. For the dry land in Jilin Province, corn is the indicator crop. According to the above principle, the experiment was conducted on soil-related characteristics of the soil tested and biological tests, and the correlation between the obtained data and the results of the eight hydrolyzed nitrogen determination methods. In this way, various methods are analyzed and compared in order to provide a method for the determination of available nitrogen in soil suitable for upland soil in Jilin Province.
