细胞凋亡是指细胞在一定的生理或病理条件下,受基因严格调控的细胞自杀现象。与细胞凋亡有关的酶和基因的表达在脑死亡供体(DBD)中可以发生改变,且与脑死亡(BD)过程中免疫反应有着密切的联系。细胞凋亡可能是一条引起BD捐献供体肾损伤比较重要的途径。文章主要从细胞凋亡相关基因B淋巴细胞瘤/白血病基因2(Bcl-2)和白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、高迁移率族蛋白(HMGB1)、β-葡萄糖醛酸酶(GUSB)、蛋白酶caspase 3(CASP 3)、分化群95(CD95 or FAS)和肿瘤基因p53的表达及细胞凋亡与免疫之间的关系这两大方面来探讨细胞凋亡在BD捐献供体肾中的作用,希望能够从细胞凋亡的角度来改善DBD肾的质量。
